 Since making your reservation we have since been informed by your Service Provider that between XX date and XX date there is minor building work/renovation work taking place at the hotel.
 
XX, your service provider has assured us that the work is not causing any disruption/cornered off/out of sight and should cause minimal disturbance to your stay. There will only be handheld tools being used during this time so the impact of the work taking place should not be noticeable.
 
The hotel has assured that all guests will be allocated guest rooms away from the areas being worked.
