this is for you and I have been researching alternatives on your behalf to find
something as close to your original reservation as possible. We always do
our best to find something that is like for like, so this means we make sure it
is either in the same resort, on the same board basis and accommodation
standards/rating. At times it is not always possible to match all of the same
details as your original hotel but we will always make sure your service
providers are offering the best alternatives. We go by the standards as
displayed on our website, and where possible also take into account feedback
from any other passengers who have stayed there.
All relevant elements of your
booking will be amended accordingly and new documentation issued.
We would be most grateful if you
could respond to this email by return with confirmation that you have accepted
the new property.
Alternatively you have the
option to cancel the accommodation free of charge if you do not wish to accept
the alternative, all other components of your booking are unaffected by this
change. The standard terms and conditions, together with any applicable cancellation
charges, will apply to all other components of your booking.
