We are contacting you in regards to your hotel reservation with xxxx

 Xxxx, your Service Provider, have advised us that due to an overbooking situation your booking can no longer be accepted at hotel xxxx
 
Obviously we have spoken to your service provider to discuss why they are moving your booking and not someone else, however unfortunately we have not been able to get your reservation confirmed. 
 
We appreciate how disappointing this is for you and I have been researching alternatives on your behalf to find something as close to your original reservation as possible.  We always do our best to find something that is like for like, so this means we make sure it is either in the same resort, on the same board basis and accommodation standards/rating. At times it is not always possible to match all of the same details as your original hotel but we will always make sure your service providers are offering the best alternatives. We go by the standards as displayed on our website, and where possible also take into account feedback from any other passengers who have stayed there.
 
As a result of the above your Service Provider would like to offer you the following alternative for your stay.  At this stage the reservation has not been secured so it is really important that you come back to us as quickly as possible so we can confirm this for you.

 If you can reply back to this email as soon as possible I will be able to secure this for you.  Alternatively you can give us a call on 0203 897 1222.  We are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
If you do not wish to accept the alternative we have found for you, you can of course cancel your original hotel reservation free of charge and all other elements of your reservation will remain the same.  The standard terms and conditions, together with any applicable cancellation charges, will apply to all other components of your booking.
