Building work (major) template
Thank you for booking with
loveholidays to XXXX.
Since making your reservation we
have since been informed by your Service Provider that between XX date and XX
date there is building work/renovation work taking place at the hotel.
XX, your service provider has
advised us that the work may cause some noise disturbance should you be close
to the area being worked on. They have advised, at times there may be machinery
being used. They will do all they can to lessen the impact of your stay but at
times some noise may be heard. The work will take place between 9am – 5pm
Monday to Friday.
The hotel has assured that all
guests will be allocated guest rooms away from the areas being worked.
